How do I use, load or prepare my pen?

Where can I find the manual for my pen?
Check the Manuals Page. All pens sold on Daro Pep should have the associated manual available there.
A product I want is out of stock, how can I know when it will be restocked?
On the product page of each out-of-stock item, you can sign up for email alerts and get notified the moment it is restocked.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Daro Pep ships to many countries around the world.
Daro Pep does not currently ship to: North Korea, Syria, China, or Russia.
International Economy is also temporarily unavailable to: Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Other international services may appear at checkout when available.

Daro Pep is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, held, returned, or seized by customs.
How do I place an international order?
Select the items you want to purchase, enter the international shipping address at checkout, and choose one of the available crypto payment methods.
If an automated international shipping rate appears, select it, place the order, and follow the payment instructions shown after checkout.
If no automated rate is available, select the $0 email-quote shipping option, place the order, and do not send payment yet. Daro Pep will email the available shipping options, revised total, and payment instructions.
Where can I buy pen needles for the pens sold here?
99% of pen needles are universal. In most states, you can buy them over the counter from Amazon, Walmart, your local pharmacy, and similar retailers.
My question isn’t answered anywhere in the FAQs, can I contact you?

Stock Questions
How often do you restock XYZ item?
Items are sourced across the globe, so lead times and shipping times can vary greatly. Email restock alerts are available on eligible out-of-stock product pages.
Will you start stocking XYZ item?
Feel free to email us at [email protected] to request an item to be stocked and sold at Daro Pep.
Shipping Questions
How often do packages get mailed out?
Daro Pep conducts package drop-offs at least every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.

How does optional shipping insurance work?
USPS and UPS shipments include up to $100 of carrier coverage, except UPS Ground Saver, which includes up to $50.
Optional insurance is available on every order, regardless of order value or destination. Coverage is based on the full merchandise subtotal before shipping and tax and costs $1.09 per started $100 for USPS domestic shipments, $0.99 per started $100 for other domestic shipments, and $1.39 per started $100 for international shipments.
Optional insurance provides a much easier and faster claims process than standard carrier coverage. If it is declined, any claim is limited to the carrier’s included coverage and claims process. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Why don’t I see all shipping options at checkout?
The shipping cost calculator can be sensitive to address formatting. Sometimes it will not pull every shipping option if abbreviations are used.

What international shipping options are available?
International Economy is available to eligible destinations and is estimated to take 1–4 weeks. Rates are calculated at checkout from destination and packaged weight and start at approximately $15 USD for most destinations.
The service sends the package to a U.S. consolidation center before international transport and final delivery by a local carrier or national postal system. Typical UPS or USPS international services may also appear at checkout when available.
If no automated rate appears, select the $0 email-quote option and wait for Daro Pep to provide the available shipping choices and revised total before paying. See the International Orders Page for current details.
Will I have to pay customs, tariffs, import fees, etc. when ordering internationally?
Possibly. Tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, customs-processing fees, and other destination-specific charges are determined by the destination country, carrier, or customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Daro Pep. If assessed, the customer must pay them directly to the carrier or applicable customs authority. Daro Pep cannot predict or guarantee the amount. See the International Orders Page for details.
