The blue Sanofi JuniorSTAR is a manual reusable pen for standard 3 mL cartridges. It provides audible clicks and 0.5-unit increments for finer control, with a maximum selectable amount of 30 units.
The JuniorSTAR blocks selecting an amount larger than what remains and requires a spacer for complete cartridge use. A travel case is included.

My partner loves this pen. I originally got it for me to dose half units however she got her hands on it and fell in love with it.
She has smaller hands and likes a thinner pen that easier to push than a thicker pen. I might have to order another one for myself since it’s been hijacked. lol.

This is my primary pen, I have several. Needs a spacer (look for 3/8 inch or 9mm flat washers) to make sure the cartridge empties, but this is truly minor. Robust, precise, easy to use, wastes only 1/2 unit per shot for the purges.
