The red HumaPen Savvio is a near-silent manual reusable pen from Eli Lilly for standard 3 mL cartridges. It uses 1-unit increments up to 60 units and includes a dose guard that prevents selecting an amount larger than what remains.
The Savvio fully depletes the cartridge without an adapter or spacer. It arrives shrink-wrapped in its manufacturer travel case.

Really nice pen – all metal and feels good in my hand. High quality dose dialing mechanism and plunger. Depressing the injector is really smooth. Case is a nice touch, I keep a handful of pen needles in the case mesh which works great.

A great manual pen. Beautiful color. Metal, which just feels more high-end to me than plastic. Lightweight. Accurate dosing. No learning curve. The “Convi ghost click” is so soft that you might think you imagined it. I haven’t found any downsides yet.
